First Note

Our opening release, or opening note to our first song is "First Note". A Blueberry boysenberry melomel-style mead. Heavy use of honey and fruits provide a very sweet, decadent drink that has a velvety mouthfeel, with fantastic honey high notes that act like the melody and wonderful berry notes that undertone the refrain.
It makes a wonderful desert, and we recommend enjoying it cool too room temperature.
Arcana
May 2024
Arcana is a chocolate bochet mead - the honey is caramelised and then aged on cacao nibs. A delicious combination and a perfect dessert mead.
Three of Cups
November 2024
Three of Cups is a Chai Vanilla Mead crafted with our own blend of handmade spices, including cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and nutmeg. To enhance its natural sweetness, we add premium vanilla, creating a smooth, spiced mead that’s rich in flavor and simply delightful - if we do say so ourselves!
This mead also won the 2024 Champion Mead at the Australian National Mead Competition (which we are pretty stoked about!)
